配料:2个蛋黄,30克糖,150毫升牛奶,200毫升鲜奶油,150克浓缩橙汁(冻成块) --因为浓缩橙汁本身很甜,所以蛋奶浆里的糖份相应减少
Ingredients:
Custard: 2 yolks, 30g sugar, 150ml milk
Plus: 200ml whipping cream, 150 orange juice consentrate (I used the freezed can ones)

不建议大家用我图中用的彩虹糖装饰。这玩艺儿一冻,就硬得象石头一样!
Candy may look nice here, but I strongly recommand against using them! They harden into rocks when come in contact with ice cream :D )

小提示:
1、冰淇淋里还可以加固体的小粒果肉、坚果、小粒巧克力、饼干碎块等等。
2、坚果类可以在搅拌的后期加,这样不容易受潮太过头冰淇淋冻久了会发硬。取出放在室温15分钟就会回软了。
Tips:
1. Fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, cookies, etc., can be added to the ice cream at the late stage of freezing.
2. If you freeze ice cream too long, it would get hard. Thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
