香草冰淇淋 Vanilla Ice Cream
配料比例:
蛋奶浆:2个蛋黄,40克糖,200毫升牛奶
另加:200毫升鲜奶油,5毫升香草精华
Ingredients:
Custard: 2 yolks, 40g sugar, 200ml milk
Plus: 200ml whipping cream, 5ml vanilla extract
先做基本蛋奶浆,凉透后加鲜奶油,加香草精华
(如果用香草粉,用1小勺滚水化开再用)
搅拌均匀后,放入可以冷冻的带盖密封盛器内,入冷冻室冷冻。
每隔半小时取出,用勺子翻一下。大约3小时可以吃了。
(如果做份量大的话,时间也会相对延长)
Add whipping cream, vanilla extract to chilled custard.
Mix well and freeze in an air-tight container. Stir throughly every half an hour, for 3 hours, or until the ice cream forms. (Or you could pour the mixture into ice-cream maker. Read the machine instruction first!)
冻好后,盛出。
建议浇一点枫树糖浆和大胡桃,吃起来很香哟
I love to add some topping of toasted pecan, and maple syrup.
