绿茶冰淇淋:(以前发过帖,不过现在改进了些了)
Green Tea Ice Cream: (I posted that before, but this time with slight adjustments)
配料:2个蛋黄,40克糖,150毫升牛奶,200毫升鲜奶油,20毫升绿茶粉+100毫升沸水(配好后放凉)
Ingredients: 2 yolks, 40g sugar, 150ml milk
Plus: 200ml whipping cream, 20ml green tea powder + 100ml hot water (mix and cool)

上面的红果果干,它的中文名字,这回我记住了 -- 蔓越梅!
I love having it with dried cranberry!
